No. Spathies Construction Corp. builds its proprietary design homes exclusively. We do not build plans other than our own design.

How long does it take to build a home?
From the date of contract, surveys are ordered, house plans are drawn up, permit appointments are made prior to construction starts. From the date of permit, it typically can take up six months to complete the project. There are no guarantees for delivery dates of the home as unforeseen delays, out of our control, such as weather, delays in permitting, or title issues on the land, may extend this time period.
