Do you have models I can see?
We only build a home when we have a buyer. We do not have models. However, we build homes throughout the year and most often have a home ready to deliver. Our offices can arrange to view one of our homes that is near completion.

What do I need to do to buy a Spathies Home?
The first step for any home-buyer is to get pre-qualified for a purchase from a mortgage lender. This will help you know how much home you can afford. We have lenders available.

How do I find out what lots are available?
Once you are pre-qualified, you can contact our office for the available lot list. You may fax your prequalification or have your lender email it to us. We will promptly reply with the available lot list.
